PARALLEL READY STANCE FACING "D" AT -C-

1. & 2. Look left and move left foot towards -A- into a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a left outer forearm block, then keeping feet in position, execute right reverse punch.

3. & 4. Look right and move left foot inward 6" then move right foot and turn clockwise 180 degrees toward -B- into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a right outer forearm block, then keeping feet in position, execute a left reverse punch.

5. Look left and move left foot toward -D- into a RIGHT L- STANCE with a twin knifehand guarding block to -D-.

6. Step toward -D- into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a middle level spear hand.

7. Pivot on both feet counter-clockwise and execute a downward sweeping motion with the right hand (as if pulling away from a grabbed wrist). Spin on the left foot 270 degrees to face -D- in a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a left back fist.

8. Step toward -D- into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a right backfist.

9. & 10. Pivot on the right foot clockwise 270 degrees to face -E- into a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a left outer forearm block, keeping the feet in position, execute a right reverse punch.

11. & 12. Look right and move left foot inward 6" then move right foot and turn clockwise 180 degrees toward -F- into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a right outer forearm block, keeping the feet in position, execute a left reverse punch.

13. Look left to -G-, and raise left knee to chest level while turning to face -G-, crossing arms at chest level, step down to -G- in a stamping motion into a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a outer wedging block with closed fists.

14. & 15. & 16. Execute a right front snap kick and lower foot to -G- in a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a right and then a left punch to -G-.

17. Look right to -H-, and raise right knee to chest level while turning to face -H-, crossing arms at chest level, step down to -H- in a stamping motion into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a outer wedging block with closed fists.

18. & 19. & 20. Execute a left front snap kick and lower foot to -H- in a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a left and then a right punch to -H-.

21. Look left toward -C- and move left foot on the line -CD- into a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a left high block.

22. Step toward -C- into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a right high block and KIYAP!!

23. Move the left foot to -A-, turning counter-clockwise to form a SITTING STANCE toward -D- while executing a middle side strike to -A- with the left knife-hand.

24. Bring left foot to right foot and then step out on line -AB- with right foot into a SITTING STANCE facing -D- and execute a right knifehand strike to -B-.

BRING RIGHT FOOT BACK TO READY POSTURE
