Ready Stance: Standing at "A", facing "B".

  1. Turn Left 90 toward "C" into a left back stance with a knife-hand middle guarding block.
  2. Right leg front-snap kick toward "C".

  3. Step forward and down with right foot into a right front stance and execute a right hand middle punch toward "C".

  4. Pivot on the left foot and turn clockwise 180 to the right into a right back stance with a knife hand middle guarding block toward "D".

  5. Execute a left leg front-snap kick toward "D".

  6. Step forward and down with left foot into a left front stance and execute a left hand middle punch toward "D".
  7. Turn counter-clockwise to the left 90 into a left front stance with a left low block toward "B".

  8. With the feet in the same position, twist the body to the left and execute a right knife-hand strike (palm-up) and a left knife-hand face block toward "B".

  9. Execute a right foot front snap kick toward "B".

  10. Without putting you right foot down, jump forward into a right tiger (cat) stance and execute a right augmented forearm block. YELL!

  11. Pivot on right foot and turning counter-clockwise to the left 270 into a left back stance with a left knife-hand low block toward "E".

  12. Step into a left front stance with a outward wedge block toward "E".

  13. Execute a right front snap kick toward "E".

  14. Step forward and down with right foot into a right front stance with a right middle punch toward "E".

  15. Keep the feet in same stance and execute a left reverse middle punch toward "E".

  16. Pivoting on the left foot, turning clockwise to the right 180 into a right back stance with a right knife-hand low block toward "F".

  17. Step into a right front stance toward "F" with a outward forearm block toward "F".

  18. Execute a left front snap kick toward "F".

  19. Step forward and down with left foot into a left front stance with a left middle punch toward "F".

  20. Keep feet in same stance and execute a right reverse middle punch toward "F".

  21. Turn counter-clockwise 90 to the left into a right back stance toward "A", with a knife-hand middle guarding block.

  22. Shift the left foot toward "A" into a front stance with a right knife-hand strike (palm-up) and a left knife-hand face block.

  23. Execute a right front snap kick toward "A".

  24. Step down into a right front stance with a right back fist (palm facing you) toward "A".

  25. Execute a left front snap kick toward "A".

  26. Step down into a left front stance with a left high block toward "A".

  27. Execute a right side kick toward "A".

  28. Step down into a right back stance toward "A" with a right knife-hand middle guarding block toward "A".

  29. Turn counter-clockwise 180 to the left into a left back stance with a left knife-hand middle guarding block toward "B". YELL!
Return to ready stance by bringing left foot back to right foot.
