Ready Stance: Standing at "A", facing "B".

  1. Move the left foot into a left front stance toward "B" and execute a low outward wedge block with closed fists.

  2. Execute a right front snap kick toward "B".

  3. Drop the right foot down into a right front stance toward "B" with an inward wedge block with closed fists.

  4. Execute a left front snap kick toward "B".

  5. Drop the left foot down into a left front stance and execute a high X-block with closed fists.

  6. Execute a right side kick toward "B".

  7. Drop right foot down and assume a left back stance (left foot forward) toward "B" with a right knife-hand middle block toward "B".

  8. Pivot on the right foot counter-clockwise 270* into a right back stance (left foot forward) toward "D" with an inside to outside middle block.

  9. Shift the left foot into a left front stance and execute a right reverse punch toward "D".

  10. Keep the feet fixed and execute a left face (high) block toward "D".

  11. Execute a right side kick toward "D".

  12. Drop the right foot down and assume a left back stance with a knife-hand low guarding block toward "D".

  13. Shift the right foot into a right front stance and execute a left reverse middle punch toward "D".

  14. Pivot on the left foot, turn clockwise toward "C" into a left back stance with a right inside to outside middle block.

  15. Shift the right foot into a right front stance and execute a left high reverse punch toward "C".

  16. Keep the feet fixed and execute a right high block.

  17. execute a left side kick toward "C".

  18. Drop the right foot down into a right back stance with a low knife-hand block toward "C".

  19. Shift the left foot into a left front stance and execute a right reverse middle punch toward "C".

  20. Turn counter-clockwise toward "A" and assume a left front stance with a low X-block.

  21. Keep feet fixed and execute an upper X-block.

  22. Stay in same stance, bringing both hands to the hips and execute a right high punch.
    KIYAP!!

  23. Pivot on the left foot turning counter-clockwise, with the body facing "C" and stamping with the right foot into a horse riding stance looking toward"B" and execute a low side block.

  24. Shift left foot toward "A" into a left front stance and execute a left (palm-down) knife-hand strike at neck level.

  25. Execute a right outside to inside crescent kick, striking the left extended hand.

  26. Drop the right foot down into a horse riding stance facing "D" and execute a right elbow smash to left hand.

  27. Shift to the rear, maintain a horse riding stance and execute a left low side block toward "B" and a vertical face block (back fist) to the rear toward "A" with right fist.

  28. Shift to the rear assuming a right back stance and execute a knife-hand middle block toward "B".

  29. Shift left foot into a left front stance and execute a right reverse middle punch toward "B".
Return to ready stance by bringing the left foot back to the right foot.
