Ready Stance: Standing at "A", facing "B".

  1. Turn toward "C" and assume a left front stance with a left low block.

  2. Slide the left foot back into a left T-stance and execute a circular downward hammerfist strike with right fist toward "C".

  3. Step into a right front stance with a right middle punch toward "C".

  4. Pivot on left foot clockwise 180* toward "D" and execute a right low block.

  5. Slide the right foot back into a right T-stance and execute a circular downward hammerfist with the right fist toward "D".

  6. Step into a left front stance with a left middle punch toward "D".

  7. Turn counter-clockwise 90* toward "B" into a right back stance (left foot forward) and execute a left knife-hand middle block.

  8. Step into a right front stance toward "B" and execute a left palm-heel pressing block and a right spear-hand strike.

  9. Pivot on the right foot and turn counter-clockwise 360* toward "B" while moving the right arm behind the back as if escaping a grab.

  10. Step out into a right back stance toward "B" and execute a left back fist.

  11. Step into a right front stance and execute a right high punch toward "B".
    KIYAP!!

  12. Pivot and turn on right foot 270* and set down into a right back stance toward "E" with a left knife-hand strike (palm-down) toward "E".

  13. Turn the body to the right, shift the left foot inward toward "F". Pull the elbow across the body, the left knife-hand aligned with the right shoulder to escape from a grab.

  14. Assume a horse riding stance, body facing line-"A" "D" and execute a left side elbow strike toward "E".

  15. Shift the left foot toward "E" into a left front stance and execute a left inside to outside midle block.

  16. Keep the feet in same stance and execute a right reverse middle punch.

  17. Assume a horse riding stance body facing line-"A""D", looking toward "F", place the fists at the left hip.

  18. Move the left foot toward the right, then move the right foot toward "F" into a left back stance and execute a right knife-hand strike (palm-down) toward "F".

  19. Shift the body to the left, move the right foot 45* diagonally inward and pull the right elbow inward, the right knife-hand aligning with the left shoulder.

  20. Assuming a horse riding stance, body facing line-"A""C", looking toward "F", execute a right side elbow strike toward "F".

  21. Shift the right foot, assuming a right front stance toward "F" and execute a right inside to outside middle block.

  22. Keep feet fixed, execute a left middle punch toward "F".

  23. Turn counter-clockwise 90* into a horse riding stance, body facing line-"A""C", place both fists on right hip., looking toward line-"A""C".

  24. Bring the right foot behind the left, into a right crane stance. Keep the hands as they were.

  25. Execute a left side kick toward "A".

  26. Drop the left foot into a left front stance toward "A" and execute a right smash.

  27. Move right foot back and assume a horse riding stance body facing "F", looking toward "B". Place both hands on left hip.

  28. Bring the left foot toward the right foot and assume a left crane stance, looking toward "B", keeping hands as they were.

  29. Execute a right side kick toward "B".

  30. Drop right foot into a right front stance with a left elbow smash toward "B".

  31. Pivot counter-clockwise 180 * toward "A" into a left front stance and execute a palm outward wedge block with closed fists.

  32. Keep feet as they were, rapidly execute a double fist uppercut toward "A".

  33. Step toward "A" into a right front stance with a palm outward wedge block with closed fists.

  34. Keep feet as they were, rapidly execute a double fist uppercut toward "A".

  35. Advance toward "A" into a right back stance and execute a left outside to inside middle block (palm-up).

  36. Pivot on the left foot turning clockwise assuming a horse riding stance, looking toward "A", execute a right side elbow strike.

  37. Pivot counter-clockwise on the right foot into an attention stance toward "B" with open hands crossed in front of the groin, left hand over right.

  38. Move the left foot toward "D" into a horse riding stance raising the elbows with palms down as if escaping from a rear grab.

  39. Shift the body in the same stance toward "C" and execute a simultaneous right rear elbow strike and a left rear face punch over the right shoulder, while looking over the right shoulder.

  40. In the same stance, move slightly toward "D" and execute a left rear elbow strike and a right rear face punch over the left shoulder while looking over the left shoulder.

Return to ready stance by moving the left foot to ready stance.
