READY STANCE: Parallel ready stance facing -B-.

1. Move left foot toward -B- into a left FRONT STANCE while executing a palm inward wedge block.

2. Move right foot toward -B- into a right FRONT STANCE while executing a right palm heel strike to neck level to -B-.

3. Move left foot toward -B- into a left FRONT STANCE while executing a left palm heel strike to neck level to -B-.

4. Move right foot toward -B- into a right FRONT STANCE while executing a right palm heel strike to neck level to -B-.

5. Move right foot back toward -A- into a right BACK STANCE while executing a outside-in block with the left palm-up knifehand to -B-.

6. Move left foot back toward -A- into a left BACK STANCE while executing a outside-in block with the right palm-up knifehand to -B-.

7. Move right foot back toward -A- into a right BACK STANCE while executing a outside-in block with the left palm-up knifehand to -B-.

8. Draw the left foot to the right foot and then pick the left foot up along side of the right knee into a right CRANE STANCE toward -B-. Slowly and forcefully bring the right arm upward and left arm downward to execute a diamond mountain block toward -L1-. Control the breath. Snap the block at the end.

9. Lower the left foot into a HORSE STANCE toward -B- executing a right hook punch and left back elbow strike.

10. Turn counter-clockwise 360 degrees on line -R1,L1-, stepping toward -L1- with the right foot, pivoting on it , then moving the left foot assuming a HORSE STANCE toward -B- with a right hook and left back elbow strike.

11. Raise the right foot and both arms. Pivot on left foot assuming a HORSE STANCE toward -L2- with a stomping action of the right foot, while executing a mountain block.

12. Pivot counter-clockwise to face line -AB- in a HORSE STANCE with a palm-inward wedge block.

13. Move left foot inward to a PARALLEL STANCE and execute a twin down block.

14. Raise the left foot and pivot on the right foot in a stomping action with the left foot and land in a HORSE STANCE toward -L1- while executing a mountain block.

15. Pivot on left foot to face -B- assuming a left CRANE STANCE while executing a diamond mountain block.

16. Lower the right foot into a HORSE STANCE toward -B- while executing a left hook punch and right back elbow strike to -A-.

17. Turn clockwise pivoting on the right foot on line -R1,L1-, complete a 360 turn, and land in a HORSE STANCE facing -B- with a left hook punch and right back elbow strike.

18. Bring the right foot upward to assume a left CRANE STANCE with a diamond mountain block.

19. Lower the right foot into a HORSE STANCE toward -B- while executing a left hook punch and right back elbow strike.

20. Turn clockwise pivoting on the right foot on line -R1,L1-, complete a 360 turn and land in a HORSE STANCE facing -B- with a left hook punch and right back elbow strike.

21. Raise the left foot and pivot on the right foot and in a stomping action set left foot down in a HORSE STANCE facing -R2 with a mountain block.

22. Pivot counter-clockwise on left foot, assuming a HORSE STANCE toward line -AB- with a palm-inward wedge block.

23. Draw the right foot toward the left foot into a PARALLEL STANCE with a twin down block.

24. Pivoting counter-clockwise on the left foot, and stamping with the right foot into a HORSE STANCE facing -R1-, with a mountain block.

25. Pivot on the right foot counter-clockwise into a right CRANE STANCE facing -B- with a diamond mountain block.

26. Move the left foot into a HORSE STANCE toward -B- with a right hook punch and a left back elbow strike.

27. Turn counter-clockwise 360 degrees into a HORSE STANCE toward -B- with a right hook punch and a left back elbow strike.

DRAW THE LEFT FOOT TOWARD RIGHT FOOT TO RETURN TO READY POSTURE
